For three hours we will immerse ourselves in a journey of discovery: we will open ourselves to the beauty and power of the natural park with its breathtaking rocks, caves and plants, and to our inner nature.
What we are doing:
Maria-Luisa and Tomaso will guide us through the park.
During the walk, we will stop for some Qigong movements, a meditation and an investigation, guided by Iris, all related to the principles of nature.

Starstreet experts will accompany you professionally, using a laser pointer to reveal the secrets of the constellations and stars in the starry sky. With the telescope, you can admire fascinating celestial objects such as Saturn, the Moon and the wonders of the deep sky up close.
