In the evocative cave of Sa Conca de Sos Nugoresos, the large granite tafone takes centre stage at the Orma Therapy Nature Park.
A guided meditation and relaxation session aimed at promoting wellbeing and contemplation through the sound frequencies of Tibetan bells, drums and other harmonic instruments, accompanied by healing chants.

To ensure the experience runs smoothly, please arrive 10–15 minutes before the start.
💰 Participation fee: €40 per person
Participants must bring their own mat, cushion and water.
If you do not have a mat, the Park provides a limited number of mats free of charge; please request one when booking.
